How is the On EdTech early rollout going? luckily the process seems to be going well. We had one hiccup yesterday when the PhilOnEdTech site went down due to a faulty plugin, but thanks to alert readers the problem was resolved quickly. We have also had some good feedback, which is always welcome.

It has now been a full week since the US Department of Education (ED) released the notice of a review of the bundled services exception that has underpinned tuition revenue sharing agreements since 2011 as well as a vast expansion of companies considered third-party servicers (TPS) through a new Dear Colleague Letter. If you haven’t read my initial analysis, this is a good starting point:

Initially all news media - both trade publications and national media - focused on the OPM rev share angle, which I consider to be the smaller story. Now we are starting to get some useful additional coverage that is worth sharing and summarizing. The following is presented chronologically.
