There is growing recognition that the Dear Colleague Letter (DCL) as written is unprecedented and a breeding ground for unintended consequences, especially given the process involved. Colleges and Universities are lagging vendors and investors in this awareness, but I suspect this situation will be changing over the next week or two. I’ve chosen two items below that both highlight the impact on schools.
