Revised turbulence and the ED surprise that wasn't

It was a busy week with the University Network Summit, and a busier week in the rest of Washington, DC.

Revised Turbulence

Last spring I came up with a graphic showing higher education turbulence in the US, with multiple forces as headwinds, tailwinds, and attacks. This year I wanted to revise the graphic as part of my presentation today, partially to show that despite all the chaos out of the Trump Administration, the overall picture remains one with a lot of the same forces.

As I looked at it, the graphic mostly needed new labels.

There are two primary changes.
