Since the introduction of On EdTech+ in 2022, there has only been one payment option—credit cards from individuals. One of the most common requests I have had is to allow for organizational purchases, to avoid cases where people have to expense their subscription with their college, university, or company. A second related request has been to allow payment by invoicing. The state of Virginia, for example, now requires registration with its payment portal and invoice processing for newsletter subscriptions. And a third related request has been to allow group sharing of paid newsletters.

Thanks to new capabilities in our newsletter platform (Beehiiv), we’re introducing On EdTech+ Team to make it easier for an institution or company to give those colleagues access—and manage the subscription through one invoice.
