Update: Fixed the time of the mark up session
The House Committee on Education & Workforce released its draft reconciliation bill today and plans to hold a committee mark up session tomorrow at 10:15am EDT. This means we now know the baseline changes to Higher Ed changes that will happen A) if they survive mark up and B) if the package is passed. No longer are we guessing at intent, now we can react to a draft bill even though some items will obviously change.
I have not had time to do a full reading and analysis, but I wanted to share with premium subscribers my initial observations, some of which might need to be updated after wading through the details. Please treat accordingly.
