With the holiday season approaching, it turns out that the flow of EdTech news is not slowing down. With that in mind, I’d like to share a few updates.
Podcast Episode
In addition to our inaugural three episodes in the Online Education Across the Atlantic podcast (Neil Mosley, Glenda Morgan, and myself), we have a new episode to share. The podcast is available with Apple, Spotify, Google, or any of your favorite podcast players.
We first discuss the latest EdTech news, including the financial turmoil at 2U, the even-greater turmoil at OpenAI and what that might mean for EdTech, and the new Times Higher Education ranking of online programs. Then we take a deeper dive into recent data and analysis on online education enrollment trends.
Updates on 2U Article

I’m not sure how often I want to do that level of deep dive into corporate finances, but it was difficult to understand what is happening at 2U (and the OPM market in general) without that view. There are two updates or clarifications that I’d like to share based on online conversations around the article.
