Every year, the IPEDS Fall Enrollment release gives us a set of data and you a set of charts and conclusions. This year, it gives you the instrument.

The On EdTech+ IPEDS Enrollment Explorer is an interactive companion to that analysis. It holds the underlying distance-education data — every degree-granting institution, 2012 through the latest Fall release — and lets you set the sectors, years, and states yourself, then pull the view you need as a publication-ready image or a clean CSV. The cut we’d have made for a post is now one of many you can make for your own.

And it adds what static charts never could: an NSC-based predictor that estimates one year ahead of the IPEDS data release.

Access to the interactive Explorer is only for premium On EdTech+ subscribers, but you can use the image downloads as you see fit. All I ask is attribution.
